abstract Provided is an antifouling coating composition that exhibits antifouling properties against microbial fouling for an extended period of time even in environments exposed to dynamic water flow and can form an antifouling coating film having good adhesion with a substrate. Also provided are an antifouling coating film formed from the antifouling coating composition, a laminated antifouling coating film, a base member provided with an antifouling coating film and a method for producing the same, and an antifouling method. This antifouling coating composition is characterized by containing a curable organopolysiloxane (A) and a polymer (B) containing structural units derived from one or more selected from an unsaturated monomer (b1) represented by formula (I), tetrahydrofurfuryl (meth)acrylate (b2), 4-(meth)acryloylmorpholine (b3), and vinylpyrrolidone (b4) (In formula (I), R 1 represents a hydrogen atom or a C1-10 monovalent hydrocarbon group, R 2 represents an ethylene group or propylene group, R 3 represents a C4-10 divalent hydrocarbon group, R 4 represents a hydrogen atom or a C1-30 monovalent hydrocarbon group, m represents an integer of 1-50, n represents an integer of 0-50, and X represents an ester bond, amide bond, or single bond.)
