abstract The present invention provides a method for producing a bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide alkali metal salt by causing a reaction of a mixture that contains bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide and an alkali metal compound. According to this method for producing a bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide alkali metal salt, the total of the weight ratios of the bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide, the alkali metal compound and the bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide alkali metal salt to the entire mixture after the reaction is 0.8 or more.
