abstract | The present invention relates to a low-molecular collagen peptide and a method for preparing a food composition by using the same and, more specifically, to a method for preparing a low-molecular collagen peptide, the method sterilizing chicken-feet under high pressure steam, degrading the same with a weak acid containing calcium hydride, removing fat from the degraded chicken-feet and concentrating the same, and then putting mixed lactic acid bacterial strains therein so as to cause fermentation, and to a method for preparing: a companion animal nutritional supplement composition, the method preparing a decocted liquid by preparing the low-molecular collagen peptide prepared by the method therefor, mixing, with the peptide, medicinal herbs including Rhynchosia Nolubilis , black soybean, Nelumbo nucifera Gaertner seeds, and Myristica fragrans Houttuyn seeds, and concentrating the same by means of a low-temperature decompression process; and a food composition, the method preparing a decocted liquid extracted by mixing, with the peptide, medicinal herbs including Acyranthes bidentate Blume, Eucommia ulmoide , Carthami Flos seeds, Chinese quince, Cinnamomi Ramulus, and acanthopanax. The present invention increases safety when used in food, medicine, cosmetics and the like, by using calcium hydride, which is not a strong acid such as sulfuric acid or hydrochloric acid, which is used in a conventional preparation of a low-molecular collagen peptide. The companion animal nutritional supplement composition prepared by using the prepared low-molecular collagen peptide is a prescribed nutritional supplement, which satisfies a preference of a companion animal and reflects the habits and tastes of a carnivorous companion animal, thereby being widely applicable to dermatitis, fungal skins, knee joint and hip joint dislocation caused by musculoskeletal weakness, fracture diseases and the like. |
