Nucleic acid extraction method using solid subject |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a nucleic acid extraction method using a solid subject. By forming a complex between a nucleic acid sample and an imidoester compound within the subject, it is possible to separate nucleic acids in a large amount and in high purity more simply and at a lower cost than conventional nucleic acid extraction methods. In particular, a thin film device, used for extracting a nucleic acid, has improved hydrophilic properties compared to conventional silicon substrates, and thus can extract the nucleic acid more efficiently. |
