titleOfInvention | Composition for preventing auto-ignition of coal during storage and transport |
abstract | The invention relates to the mining industry and may be used for preventing endogenous fires in warehouses and during transport in railway cars by treating the surface of coal with an antipyrogen. The technical problem of the claimed composition for preventing the auto-ignition of coal during storage and transport consists in reducing the danger of fire and in increasing reusability (decreasing processing periods between loads of raw material). A composition for preventing the auto-ignition of coal during storage and transport contains five-percent orthophosphoric acid, a cationic surfactant alkyltrimethylammonium chloride, and a dust suppressant of potassium salts in the form of a mixture of mono-, di-, tri-, tetra- and pentaglycols and monoethyl esters of tri- and tetraethylene glycols, with the following ratio of components, by masspercent: 76-88% five-percent orthophosphoric acid; 2-4% cationic surfactant alkyltrimethylammonium chloride; and the remainder to 100% dust suppressant of potassium salts in the form of a mixture of di-, tri-, tetra-, and pentaglycols and monoethyl esters of tri- and tetraethylene glycols. |
