A hydrogenated block copolymer according to the present invention is a hydrogenated block copolymer comprising, in a molecule, a polymer block (C) having a conjugated diene compound as a main portion, a polymer block (B) having a conjugated diene compound as a main portion, and a polymer block (S) having an aromatic vinyl compound as a main portion, wherein the polymer block (B) contains polymer blocks (B1) and (B2), and in the hydrogenated block copolymer, the polymer block (C) content is 1 to 20 mass%, the polymer block (B) content is 73 to 97 mass%, the polymer block (S) content is 1 to 15 mass%, the vinyl bond amount before the hydrogenation of the polymer block (C) is 1 to 25 mol%, the vinyl bond content of the polymer block (B1) is 40 to 60 mol%, the vinyl bond content of the polymer block (B2) is 60 to 100 mol%, and the hydrogenation ratio is 80 mol% or higher. |
