abstract |
Disclosed is a method for preparing carbon nanotubes and graphene, whereby a mixture of a carbon nanotube precursor, a graphene precursor and an intercalation compound is prepared. An intercalation composite is prepared by heat-treating the mixture. An exfoliated solution comprising individual carbon nanotubes and graphene is prepared by exfoliating the intercalation composite in a solvent. Impurities are removed from the exfoliated solution. High-purity carbon nanotubes and graphene can be prepared together via an intercalation reaction while any damage from oxidation is inhibited. |
