abstract | A ziyuglycoside II polymer micelle, prepared by the following raw material and excipient in parts by weight: 20 parts of ziyuglycoside II, and 100-5000 parts of mPEG-PLA-Phe(Boc). Quality assessment experiments indicate that the prepared ziyuglycoside II polymer micelle has the best quality only when mPEG-PLA-Phe(Boc) is used as the carrier material, and use of other materials would cause degradation of the preparation quality. In pharmacological experiments, compared with the model group, the ziyuglycoside II micelle can significantly increase the amounts of WBC, RBC, PLT, NEUT, and HGB in peripheral blood, and the effect of the ziyuglycoside II micelle is obviously better than a ziyuglycoside II crude drug. It indicates that the ziyuglycoside II polymer micelle has good therapeutic and/or preventive effects for bone marrow suppression, and can improve the bioavailability of ziyuglycoside II, which is a poorly soluble drug. |
