abstract |
An analysis method for a target substance comprising: a step (a) in which a sample is introduced into a flow channel having a bypass flow channel, the sample introduced into the bypass flow channel is introduced into a measurement device, and the signal strength or concentration of a target substance and/or carrier in the sample is measured; a step (b) in which a sample not introduced into the bypass flow channel is introduced into a column and the target substance and/or carrier is adsorbed; and a step (c) in which an eluent is introduced into the column, the target substance and/or carrier that was adsorbed onto the column is eluted and introduced into the measurement device, and the signal strength or concentration of the eluted target substance and/or carrier is measured. |
