abstract | Provided are a preparation method for a light scattering layer and an organic light-emitting diode. The preparation method comprises: depositing a material with a low refractive index in hole structures of a mask prepared on a substrate (S102); removing the mask to form a plurality of protruding structures on the substrate (S103); and depositing a material with a high refractive index between the protruding structures to form a flat layer, thereby preparing a light scattering layer consisting of protruding structures and a flat layer on the substrate (S104). The preparation method of the present invention has the advantages of a simple preparation process and low cost. |
