Provided are a lithographic printing plate original plate and a laminate thereof and a method for manufacturing the lithographic printing plate original plate by which all problems associated with the elimination of a slip sheet used for scraping/peeling prevention, adhesion prevention, imparting a plate-separating property for multiple-plate feeding prevention, and scratch prevention can be satisfied. A lithographic printing plate original plate having a polymer layer on a surface of a band-shaped support body 12 comprises a back coat layer 70 having an arithmetic average surface roughness Sa of 0.5 μm or more due to a surface roughness structure in which thin film parts 60 and thick film parts 62 are continuously formed on a rear surface of the band-shaped support body 12. |
