abstract The present invention relates to a novel pyridine derivative, a method for preparing same, and a pharmaceutical composition which contains same as an active component and is for preventing or treating fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR)-related disease. A novel pyridine derivative according to the present invention, an optical isomer thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of the pyridine derivative can effectively inhibit a fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR), and thus FGFR-related disease, preferably has a useful effect on the prevention and treatment of cancer.
