abstract |
The present invention provides a surface-protecting film-equipped polarizing film that has a polarizing film (A) having a thickness of 100 μm or less, and a surface-protecting film (B) provided on at least one surface of the polarizing film (A), wherein: the polarizing film (A) has a protective film on at least one surface of the polarizer; the polarizer contains a polyvinyl alcohol resin and has a thickness of 10 μm or less; the difference (W A -W B ) between the width W A of the polarizing film (A) and the width W B of the surface-protecting film (B) is 3mm or more; and the peeling force of the surface-protecting film (B) from the polarizing film (A) is 0.2 N/25 mm or less. This surface-protecting film-equipped polarizing film makes it possible to suppress breakage of the polarizing film from occurring when detaching the surface-protecting film. |
