The boundary part between the active material layer and the active material layer unformed part is covered by an insulating layer; the insulating layer contains a third resin; a heat-resistant layer is formed so as to cover the surface of the active material layer; the heat-resistant layer and the insulating layer overlap each other at an end of the active material layer; and the heat-resistant layer contains a fourth resin. |
