titleOfInvention Tentoxin synthesis-related gene, dihydrotentoxin or tentoxin production method using same, and transformant having same
abstract The present invention identifies an enzyme exhibiting activity for synthesizing dihydrotentoxin, which is a precursor for tentoxin, and also identifies an enzyme exhibiting activity for synthesizing tentoxin using dihydrotentoxin as a substrate. Provided are a tentoxin synthesis-related gene that comprises an amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 16 and codes for a protein exhibiting nonribosomal peptide synthesis activity for dihydrotentoxin, and a tentoxin synthesis-related gene that comprises an amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 18 and codes for a protein exhibiting activity for converting dihydrotentoxin into tentoxin.
