abstract An aluminum-alloy-clad plate in which a plurality of aluminum alloy layers are layered, and which is subjected to diffusion heat treatment, wherein aluminum alloy layers having a specific composition are layered so as to have mutually different Mg or Zn contents, the aluminum-alloy-clad plate has regions of mutual diffusion of Mg and Zn in the structure thereof after diffusion heat treatment and artificial aging treatment, the size of deposits in the aluminum alloy layers is indicated as an index indicating the distribution state of deposits in the plate thickness direction, the aluminum-alloy-clad plate is configured so as to have a specific average inertial radius measured by a small-angle X-ray scattering method, and collapse characteristics thereof are enhanced.
