abstract The present invention relates to a recombinant protein solubilization composition, a solubilization method using the same, and an application thereof, the recombinant protein solubilization composition containing, as essential ingredients, a) a buffer material having a pH of 6.5-9.5, b) a mixture of glutathione (GSH) and oxidized glutathione (GSSG), and c) sodium chloride (NaCl), and optionally containing arginine or a mixture of magnesium chloride and calcium chloride. A protein to be expressed as an inclusion body can be more easily prepared and mass produced into a recombinant antigen through the solubilization composition of the present invention, and the prepared recombinant antigen can be applied, as a protein marker material, to an immunochromatographic kit for rapid diagnosis and the like.
