abstract The present invention addresses the problem of providing a kit that, with high precision, can determine the quantity of a substance to be assayed in a biological sample, even when the substance to be assayed includes substances that have a plurality of different structures. The present invention provides a kit for determining the quantity of a substance to be assayed in a biological sample, the kit including: fluorescent particles that include a first binding substance that binds to the substance to be assayed; and a substrate that comprises a detection region that includes a second binding substance that binds to the substance to be assayed or to the first binding substance. The substance to be assayed includes substances that have at least three different types of structures. The first binding substance includes at least three types of binding substances that respectively bind to the substances that have at least three different types of structures.
