abstract Provided are a recyclable loose lay synthetic resin tile that contributes to the formation of a recycling-based society and a method for manufacturing same. A recyclable loose lay synthetic resin tile is configured by a base portion wherein the primary constituent resin comprises an olefinic thermoplastic resin and/or a thermoplastic elastomer and a decorative layer, two or more intermediate layers, and a balance layer are layered in this order. One of the intermediate layers comprises an inorganic fiber layer. Recesses and projections are formed in the decorative layer and the balance layer.
