abstract |
A low-sludge-production desulfurization wastewater treatment apparatus, comprising: a primary sedimentation tank (1) communicated with a desulfurization wastewater feeding pipeline, wherein a first sludge discharging pipeline is disposed at the bottom of the primary sedimentation tank (1); a first flocculation reaction tank (3) communicated with the primary sedimentation tank (1), wherein a first reagent adding means is disposed on the first flocculation reaction tank (3); a first clarification tank (5) communicated with the first flocculation reaction tank (3), wherein a second sludge discharging pipeline is disposed at the bottom of the first clarification tank (5); a gypsum dewaterer (2) communicated with the first sludge discharging pipeline and the second sludge discharging pipeline, wherein the gypsum dewaterer (2) has a filtrate outlet which is communicated with the first flocculation reaction tank (3) by means of a backflow pipeline; and a heavy metal removal and sedimentation tank group communicated with the first clarification tank (5). Also provided is a desulfurization wastewater treatment method based on the treatment apparatus. |
