abstract Provided is a method for instrument-free extraction of total DNA from an yeast sample after nucleic acid amplification. The method integrates a chemolysis method and an enzymolysis method, and uses a suction device, a filtering device, and a nucleic acid extraction syringe. The invention can complete a DNA extraction process between 1.5 hours to 3 hours without using any powered device.
