abstract The present invention relates to a vegetable starch paper mask sheet containing water. The present invention provides a vegetable starch paper mask sheet containing water, comprising a mask sheet part made of a vegetable starch and a lower layer sheet part located at a lower part of the mask sheet part, and moisture at the lower layer sheet part can be continuously moved and supplemented toward the mask sheet part. The mask sheet part is used by mixing 74-86.5 wt% of purified water, 8-12 wt% of butylene glycol, 4-8 wt% of a vegetable starch, 0.5-2 wt% of agar-agar, 0.5-1.5 wt% of a metal salt and 0.5-2.5 wt% of a gelling agent, manufacturing the mixture into a sheet shape, and then gelatinizing the same at 70-90°C, or gelatinizing the mixture at 70-90°C, and then preparing the same into a sheet shape, and the lower layer sheet part is used by uniformly mixing 73-86 wt% of purified water, 13-24 wt% of butylene glycol and 1.0-3.0 wt% of a gelling agent, gelling the same, and preparing the same into a sheet shape. The moisture at the lower layer sheet part is continuously moved to the mask sheet part by the osmotic action of the metal salt of the mask sheet part when the equilibrium concentration is broken.
