abstract |
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a metal paste capable of forming an electrode having sufficiently greater than conventional electrode activity and electrical conductivity as a sensor electrode for various gas sensors. The present invention pertains to a metal paste for forming a gas sensor electrode, the metal paste containing conductive particles comprising Pt or a Pt alloy and a ceramic powder dispersed in a solvent. The present invention further pertains to a metal paste for forming a gas sensor electrode, the metal paste including inorganic oxide particles comprising alumina, and insoluble organic particles or a carbon or diamond powder, in which 10 to 80 mass% of the entirety of the ceramic powder has a particle size of 0.5 µm or more. |
