titleOfInvention Scanning arrangement having a scanning head
abstract The invention relates to a scanning arrangement comprising a scanning head and a three-dimensional spatial structure which forms a scanning area. The scanning area (14) is covered at least partially by a planar or film-like material (16) forming a membrane (18) and the material (16) is held flat adjacent to the scanning area, or by tension between frame elements (26, 28) of a frame (30) or by adhesion, and the material (16) extends in a curved manner to the scanning head (12).
