In a vehicle door mirror device, a terminal is provided inside of a reinforcement, and the terminal is electrically connected to a motor. Further, when the reinforcement is formed, the terminal is exposed by a first exposure hole in the reinforcement. When the reinforcement is formed, a first protrusion is formed around the first exposure hole in the reinforcement, so that after formation of the reinforcement, the first protrusion is displaced in a melted state into the first exposure hole so as to be opposite of the terminal. Thus, the ingress of water into the terminal can be limited by the first protrusion closing the first exposure hole. |
