abstract Disclosed are a gas-sensitive component and a gas-sensitive device and system, comprising a gas-sensitive material, particularly an oxide-based gas-sensitive material. The gas-sensitive material can stably achieve one or more of the following detection performance indicators: detection sensitivity, response time, selectivity, and/or detection limits at a specific operating temperature. The expression "stably achieve" means: 1) detection performance indicators in measurements by a certain number of gas-sensitive components and/or devices made of the gas-sensitive material all fall within ±50% of an average value, particularly ±30%, more particularly ±20%, and even within ±10% thereof; and/or 2) after at least 10 detection cycles, or at least 20, at least 30, at least 50, or even at least 100 detection cycles, the detection sensitivity of a gas-sensitive component and/or device made of the gas-sensitive material is greater than 80%, or greater than 98% of the detection sensitivity after the first cycle.
