titleOfInvention Liquid-absorbing wick for heating transpiration, method for producing same, and heating transpiration method using liquid-absorbing wick for heating transpiration
abstract Provided is a liquid-absorbing wick for heating transpiration, which can be used for transpiration of a chemical liquid including a pyrethroid-based insecticidal component having a relatively high vapor pressure. The liquid-absorbing wick for heating transpiration is capable not only of providing stable transpiration ability and a superior insecticidal effect while being used and preventing chemical liquid leakage due to an increase in the internal pressure of a chemical liquid container and chemical liquid leakage due to tipping of the chemical liquid container, but also of maintaining the transpiration ability of the liquid-absorbing wick even after a predetermined period of time has elapsed after production. The liquid-absorbing wick for heating transpiration is for transpiration of a chemical liquid including the pyrethroid-based insecticidal component having a vapor pressure of 2×10 -4 to 1×10 -2 mmHg at 30ºC, wherein inorganic powder, an inorganic binder, and an organic substance are contained as raw materials, and, in the raw materials, the ratio (W 1 /W 2 ) of the total weight (W 1 ) of the inorganic powder and the inorganic binder to the weight (W 2 ) of the organic substance is set to 4.0-10.
