Organic light-emitting diode and preparation method thereof, display substrate and display apparatus |
abstract |
An organic light-emitting diode and a preparation method thereof, and a display substrate and display apparatus. The organic light-emitting diode comprises a two-layer pleated structure (1012). The two-layer pleated structure (1012) comprises a first layer (101) and a second layer (102) adjacent to each other. An interface between the first layer (101) and the second layer (102), and a surface of the second layer (102) located away from the first layer (101) have a pleated shape. The glass-transition temperature of the first layer (101) is less than that of the second layer (102), and the thermal expansion coefficient of the first layer (101) is greater than that of the second layer (102). The organic light-emitting diode has, by means of a two-layer film, a natural and self-assembled pleated shape, replacing an external pleated structure and resulting in a device with an improved efficiency and a reduced operation voltage. |
