titleOfInvention Nitrogen oxide fluorescent powder and preparation method therefor, nitrogen oxide light emitting body, and light-emitting device
abstract The present invention relates to a nitrogen oxide fluorescent powder, comprising inorganic compounds containing elements M, A, B, O, N, and R. The element M is at least one of Ca, Sr, Ba, Mg, Li, Na, and K; the element A is at least one of B, Al, Ga, and In; the element B is at least one of C, Si, Ge, and Sn; and the element R is at least one of Ce, Eu, Lu, Dy, Gd, and Ho. The inorganic compounds form a crystal in a crystal phase, and oxygen atoms in the crystal in a crystal phase are distributed in such a manner that the content thereof gradually increases from the crystal core towards the crystal surface. The nitrogen oxide fluorescent powder and the nitrogen oxide light emitting body of the present invention have good chemical stability, high aging resistance and light attenuation resistance, and high light-emitting efficiency, and can be applied to various light-emitting devices. The preparation method in the present invention is simple and reliable, and is applicable to batch production.
