titleOfInvention Electronic device waterproofing method and apparatus, and electronic device
abstract An electronic device waterproofing method. The method comprises: respectively coating silane (23) on an inner wall of a first shell (21) and an inner wall of a second shell (22); assembling the first and second shell (21, 22) with a main board (24), and injecting fluoride (27) in a cavity (26) of an electronic device via a liquid inlet hole (25) on the first shell (21); and the silane (23) chemically reacting with the fluoride (27) to form a continuous waterproof membrane (28) on the inner wall of the first and second shell (21, 22), wherein the waterproof membrane (28) is attached on the inner wall of and a gap between the first and second shell (21, 22), for preventing water from entering the cavity of the electronic device and completely isolating the main board (24) from the outside, thus improving the waterproof reliability of the electronic device. An electronic device waterproofing apparatus, and an electronic device.
