A cosmetic for oily eyelashes containing (A) 22-50 mass% of a wax comprising (A-1) a wax having a melting point of from 50°C to less than 70°C and (A-2) a wax having a melting point of 70-110°C, (B) 0.1-10 mass% of a nonionic surfactant having an HLB value of 6-12, (C) 20-70 mass% of a volatile lubricant, and (E) 0-5 mass% of water in which the ratio [(A-1)/(A-2) (mass ratio)] of component (A-1) and component (A-2) is 1/0.2-1/5, has an excellent volume effect, curl effect, and make-up hold (water resistance) as well as removability by warm water so that the cosmetic can be taken off easily by warm water without using a remover. |
