The invention provides for improving the efficiency of solid-phase synthesis of nucleic acids, nucleic acid analogs, or the like. A reduction in the amounts of reagents and solvents used and a considerable increase in the amount synthesized per carrier unit volume were achieved in the present invention by developing a carrier having high reaction efficiency using an inorganic porous material having through holes as the substrate. This carrier includes a binding linker; here, the binding linker may include at least one selected from the group consisting of amino groups, hydroxyl groups, and thiol groups. |
