titleOfInvention | New type of rubber and method for preparing same |
abstract | Disclosed is a new type of rubber, made from the following raw materials, in parts by weight: 6.2-8.1 parts of N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazolesulfenamide, 4.93 parts of plasticized starch, 2.6-3.8 parts of dipropylene glycol monoalkyl ether such as dipropylene glycol butyl ether, 1.2-5.3 parts of dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, 3.2-5.3 parts of acrylate-modified butadiene resin, 0.5-0.8 parts of propyl pyruvate, 3.7-4.6 parts of diethylene glycol monoethyl ether, 2.5-3.8 parts of bismuth oxide, and 4.2-5.8 parts of oil-filled SBR. The fuel-resistant rubber material prepared using the present invention has good fuel resistance and is not prone to degradation or damage to bonds, thus reducing the seepage or leakage of fuel oil and thereby reducing the pollution of the environment by fuel oil; it overcomes the inadequacy of typical rubbers, the fuel resistance of which does not satisfy requirements; by means of adjusting the formula and adding one or more special promoters, performance standards are satisfied. |
