titleOfInvention Ozone supply control device
abstract An ozone supply control device that controls the operation of an ozone supply device that provides ozone on the upstream side of a catalyst for adsorbing and reducing NO x in exhaust air in an exhaust passage in which the catalyst is arranged. This ozone supply control device is equipped with an estimation unit in a step (S200), and a NO 2 oxidation control unit in a step (S26). The estimation unit estimates the amount of adsorbed NO 2 among the NO x adsorbed by the catalyst. When the amount of adsorbed NO 2 estimated by the estimation unit is equal to or greater than a prescribed threshold value TH1 and the catalyst temperature is less than an activation temperature, the NO 2 oxidation control unit supplies ozone to the exhaust passage and oxidizes the NO 2 adsorbed by the catalyst.
