A preparation method for a ceramic membrane support: presintering per a sintering method with aluminum hydroxide produced in a carbon decomposition process as a raw material to produce a low-temperature aluminum oxide product A; adding a mineralizer into product A for sintering and, when sintered, grinding to produce α aluminum oxide product B; mixing product B with Al 2 O 3 ·nH 2 O and, at the same time, adding a mineralizer for sintering to produce, when sintered, α aluminum oxide product C; grinding, dispersing, and grading the α aluminum product C having been sintered and thermally insulated to produce polyhedral aluminum oxide powder; mixing and sintering the polyhedral aluminum oxide powder, a bonding agent, water, a humectant, and a dispersant to produce a porous aluminum oxide support. The present method is scientifically reasonable and convenient to implement, the support so prepared is easy to sinter and has high purity aluminum oxide, great corrosion resistance, and increased porosity and flux. |
