titleOfInvention Poly(ester urea) fiber material or devices and related sterilisation methods
abstract Disclosed are bio-absorbable polymers comprising poly (ester urea) polymer fibers and sterilized by radiation in a manner that does not substantially affect the morphology of the fibers during the sterilization process. Such sterilized polymer fibers may have use as a bioabsorbable scaffold for implantation in a patient. In one embodiment, electron beam irradiation is used in the sterilization process.
