abstract The present invention relates to two optically pure isomers called NK007 for short, synthesis thereof, and an application thereof in the protection against plant viruses and the regulation of immunological activity. Compounds NK007-1 and NK007-2 of the present invention have good activity against tobacco leaf viruses, and can be used for treating plant virus diseases. The compounds NK007-1 and NK007-2 of the present invention have good activity in immune regulation, and can be used for the preparation of a drug for treating rheumatic arthritis. A method for testing the activity of a compound in immune regulation of the present invention can be used for screening novel arthritis drugs.
