abstract | Provided in the embodiments of the present invention are an intermediate frame member and a method for manufacturing same, the intermediate frame member being a support member inside an electronic product for supporting the components of the electronic product. The intermediate frame member comprises: an intermediate frame substrate body; a first metal layer, adhering to a first region of the frame substrate body, the thermal conductivity of the first metal layer being greater than the thermal conductivity of the frame substrate body, the first region comprising all or a part of the outer surface of the frame substrate body, the first metal layer being used for conducting heat generated by at least one of the components in contact with or adjacent to the first metal layer to the entire first metal layer and the intermediate frame substrate body; and an insulating passivation layer, adhering to the surface of the first metal layer. The embodiments of the present invention can improve the heat dispersion performance of the intermediate frame member. |
