The extraction method according to the present invention can extract a high yield of Rosae multiflorae fructus extract containing active ingredients from Rosae multiflorae fructus . In addition, since the extraction method is a process capable of obtaining a large amount of Rosae multiflorae fructus extract, it is expected that the extraction method will be effectively used when a Rosae multiflorae fructus extract and bioactive substances contained therein are used.
