The present invention provides a compound represented by formula (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or prodrug thereof. The present invention also provides: a composition which includes the compound represented by formula (I), or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt or prodrug thereof; and a cosmetic which includes said composition.
