The present invention relates to an adhesive composite (1) formed by a first layer (2), which contains a thermoplastic polymer material, or consists of such, and/or which contains a duroplastic polymer material, or consists of such, and at least one second layer (3) connected therewith, made from a silicone rubber containing particles (4) which generate heat under the effect of energy from a magnetic field and/or a source which emits electromagnetic radiation, wherein the adhesive composite (1) is obtained by a method comprising the following steps: (a) providing the first layer (2); (b) arranging an uncured silicone polymer composition which contains the stated particles (4), which generate heat under the effect of energy from a magnetic field and/or a source which emits electromagnetic radiation, as a second layer (3) on the first layer (2); (c) allowing energy from a magnetic field and/or a source which emits electromagnetic radiation, to act on the particles (4), wherein thermal energy is generated and the silicone polymer composition is cross-linked to form silicone rubber with a degree of cross-linking of at least more than 50%. |
