abstract The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing dendritic cells expressing Foxp3 for regulating immunity. The present invention has confirmed the efficacy, in a state of immune imbalance, of using Foxp3 + dendritic cells (fxDC) present only in the blood to inhibit proliferation of T cells and restore and maintain immunological homeostasis by activating CD8 + regulatory T cells (CD8 + Tregs), and as such, the present invention is anticipated to allow, with respect to preventing and treating immune disorders, a targeted treatment by employing a more fundamental approach.
