abstract The present invention relates to a collection apparatus and a collection method for SiO x . The present invention provides the collection apparatus for SiO x , comprising: a SiO x gas supply unit for supplying SiO x (0 < x < 2) gas; a fullerene injection unit for injecting fullerene powder; and a SiO x collection unit for collecting the SiO x (0 < x < 2) gas, which is supplied from the SiO x gas supply unit, in pores of the fullerene injected from the fullerene injection unit. In addition, the present invention provides a collection method for SiO x , comprising the step of collecting SiO x (0 < x < 2) gas in pores of fullerene by making the SiO x (0 < x < 2) gas come into contact with the fullerene. According to the present invention, the collection performance of SiO x is excellent, and SiO x can be collected by a simple process so as to have high productivity, economic feasibility, and the like.
