titleOfInvention Device for preventing birds from settling in a zone
abstract The invention relates to a device for preventing birds from settling in an area, simply and efficiently, which comprises a support structure to which a kite moved by the action of the wind is rotatably couplable using joining means, the kite comprising a support structure formed by flexible profiles, and a sheet element in the shape of a bird of prey, which can be removably secured on the support structure. The kite is able to move in a 360° circular path upwards and/or downwards with respect to the position of the support structure by the inclusion of a cable or thread of variable length coupled by one end to the sheet element of the kite and connected by the opposite end to the joining means associated with the support structure.
