titleOfInvention Digital helmet for use in relieving psychological stress for soldier
abstract A digital helmet (1) for use in relieving psychological stress for a soldier, comprising a helmet body (01), an inner lining layer (02) arranged on the inner wall of the helmet body (01), and a stress relieving apparatus (03) arranged between the helmet body (01) and the inner lining layer (02). The stress relieving apparatus (03) comprises a pulse sensor (11), a respiratory sensor (12), massaging electrodes (13), and a microcontroller (14). The pulse sensor (11) detects a carotid pulse signal of the soldier. The respiratory sensor (12) detects a respiratory frequency signal of the soldier. The microcontroller (14) analyzes the level of psychological stress of the soldier on the basis of the carotid pulse signal and the respiratory frequency signal of the soldier. When the level of psychological stress exceeds the normal psychological stress value of the human body, the microcontroller (14) generates a pulse current to control the massaging electrodes (13) to massage the left and right temples of the soldier by pulsating, thus relieving the level of psychological stress of the soldier. The present digital helmet (1) is applicable in a digitized battlefield and achieves the effect of real-time monitoring of the state of psychological stress of the soldier and guiding the soldier to self-relieve psychological stress.
