A sum of the nutrition-enhancing ingredients and the main liquor have a solid-liquid ratio of 1:5-10. The preparation method of the health enhancing liquor comprises: measuring the respective ingredients remaining natural states; placing the respective ingredients in a low-temperature reactor, and performing cell disruption at different temperatures from -1˚C to -151˚C for 72-120 h; and reacting with the main liquor, and performing filtration to obtain the health enhancing liquor. |
