titleOfInvention | Multi-clip ligation device |
abstract | A multi-clip ligation device comprises a clamping portion (1) and a conveying control portion (2). The clamping portion (1) comprises a clip set and a storage tube (10) storing the clip set. The clip set comprises at least two clips (11) arranged along an axial direction of the storage tube (10). Each clip (11) comprises a pair of clamping pieces (111, 112). A tail portion of each of the clamping pieces (111, 112) is provided with a carrying piece (113). Distortion or deformation of the carrying piece (113) occurs under a predetermined pressure. The carrying pieces (113) of the clamping pieces (111, 112) form a hole (114). The conveying control portion (2) comprises a traction thread (21). The traction thread (21) passes through the hole (114) formed by the carrying pieces (113), and a front end thereof is stopped by the carrying pieces (113). The multi-clip ligation device ensures stable and reliable release of each clip (11), and is free from a risk of an unsuccessful release of a clip caused by degradation of a material used to form a connection release structure. Moreover, when a doctor inserts the multi-clip ligation device once, multiple clips (11) can be released to clamp a diseased spot, thereby reducing surgical time. |
