A fuel cell electrode material is disclosed herein, which comprises a plurality of pores having a substantially uniform size of about 500 nm–5 mm, with a variation of < 20%, having a porosity of about 40-85%. This fuel cell electrode material may be used in a catalyst layer, a gas fusion layer, or a water disposal layer in a fuel cell apparatus. Fuel cell apparatuses comprising such fine-array porous fuel cell electrode materials with different designs, and methods of manufacturing such fine-array porous fuel cell electrode material are also disclosed herein. |
