This electrode material for an organic semiconductor device is an electrode material that contains inorganic nanoparticles, an organic π-conjugated ligand, and water, wherein the organic π-conjugated ligand has at least one hydrophilic substituent, and the electrode material for an organic semiconductor device contains 0.0005-15% by mass of a fluorine-based surfactant and also contains a surface tension regulator having a permittivity of 20-30.
