The present invention belongs to the field of medical technology, and in particular relates to a preparation of a combretastatin A4 derivative, said derivative being obtained by reacting the combretastatin A4 with stearyl chloride in the presence of substitution reaction conditions and an acid-binding agent, and the structural formula whereof is shown as (I). Also provided in the present invention is a nano-preparation of the derivative.
